File Change Warning

    I’ve been getting daily warnings, sometimes twice a day, regarding file changes, i.e. FILES ADDED and FILES MODIFIED.
    wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/backups/database-backup-1352291728.sql

    There are very long hash number and a warning to review the report to verify changes are not the result of a compromise.

    I have no idea what this means and what I should do.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
