Upload/Download Files Plugin?

I want to create my own file storage page on my WP website. A bit like FileCropper, MegaUpload etc. This will purely be used for the following reason –

We have a game forum website and the map makers want to upload files for others to download them. I would like them to be password protected, it’s even ok just for the one page to be password protect. But basically and upload button to host the file, and a selection of files available to download.

Any help will be appreciated.
