Plugin works only when logged in

Hi,

Anyone else having this problem? I’m using the “Glider” theme from Elegant Themes (http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/glider/) and am trying to get the Sticky Social Bar plugin from Code Canyon (http://codecanyon.net/item/sticky-social-bar/1675421) up and running. My problem is the plugin (and a lot of similar ones) only work when a user is logged in. I’ve tested on a bunch of browsers (on both mac and pc) and it seems to be consistent in all cases. Any suggestions?
