    Hi aboveNbelow,

This is strange behaviour. Can you send a screen shot? Which version of WP are you using?

Please feel free to email your WP login and FTP info to help@time.ly and we our support team may be able to install this for you / investigate the issue.

Wow, I’m also having this same issue! I just deleted Timely due to another issue I was having and re-installed it, now my it appears as if my website has vaporized, only to be replaced with an all white screen. I’m trying not to panic.

    Here’s my link: http://69.195.92.96/

So, I upgraded to the premium for free and got my site back but the old bug has returned (event text appearing at the top of my browser window). I so wish this plugin would work.

    Hi kschilling,

Glad to hear you got your site back by upgrading. Now, let’s try to troubleshoot the event text bug. So that we can rule out a theme or plugin conflict, please can you follow the steps on this link:

    Hi kschilling,

I am going to mark this as resolved as we have not heard from you in over a month.

    Regards

    Hi Richard,

I too get the error and it has locked me out of my site: How do I manually uninstall this plugin so I can get my site back? Thank you.
