   I want to add the following but what file do I put this in?

   I looked at the header but it seems like a garbled mess of code to me, which I don't really understand. HTML was much easier to work with LOL

   I am not an expert at php and cannot seem to find what file I would add this to and exactly where once I am there?

   Insert it in your themes header.php right beneath the <title>blahblah</title> tags.

   It doesn't have to be a certain format? Exactly as shown is OK
