Logout?

    OK, I’m new to Word Press and S2M, so this may well sound stupid, but if I’m having a problem locating the ‘LOGOUT’ button, then certainly visitors will also have that same problem.

    Does WP nor S2M have either a Logout link nor a welcome message when by-passing the dashboard to a site login page?, or do I somehow have to hard code this into the site somewhere? (for example, so that a visitor knows they are logged in, site should it say Hi John, or as with WordPress, Howdy John?)
