   Sorry if the answer to this exists elsewhere, I have been searching for quite a while.

   Can someone explain why the option to comment doesn't appear on any of my pages, or the main page, even though I'm checking the box to allow them.

   I downloaded a guest book plugin, although it sets up a page called 'guest book' it still doesn't have the option to comment.

   I'm using a the Water310 template, here:
