Inspect element with IE

    I don’t use IE, but happen to use it today, then I found the buttons on the front page of my blog are not at their right positions, not even close:(

    Can anyone tell me how to make my css compatible with IE? It’s just for the two search buttons.And is there any tool like inspect element in chrome?
