Show user info at top right ?

    How can I get this kind of thing:

    Howdy, webmaster. [Sign Out, My Account]

    to appear in the top RH corner of my page template? As it does on the admin page.

    Fixed it. Pasted modified corresponding code from admin header into feed area on main header. The stuff now appears immediately above the ‘subscribe’ items which are moved down a line.
