Side Bar Question

Well, let me go to the experts. Your posts have helped in the past.

I would like to move the sidebar into a table I have created and remove it from its current anchor point in the upper right hand corner.

1) What files should I edit to accomplish this?
2) What is the script for just the side bar (so I can insert it into the table where I would like it?
