1. Please, try to keep the same question in ONE single thread:

2. Tell Feedburner they are wrong: you should add the code in the template files: those are the files in the folder of the theme that is active on your blog.
wp-content/themes/tiga/
Thank you. Sorry to be so stupid, what do I type in? to get to the template files.I did this: http://www.dorismollerhairstyling.com/blog/wp-content/themes/tiga/ but I get a blank page.
No, you cannot do that!
You have two options:
a) edit the theme files online – logging in to your admin panel > Presentation > Theme Editor… but I never recommend that
b) editing the theme file(s) on your computer in a plain text editor and uploading the modified file(s). Always make a backup copy before modifying any file!
Thank you very much. One last question. How do I put the themes file into a text editor? (Notepad or Word?) And how do I make a backup copy.
Word is a monster – do not use it 😉
[MS Word is NOT a plain text editor – it is a word processor]
Notepad is fine. Just start it, then Open… and navigate until you find the file to edit.

I’ve detailed instructions on how to edit your theme header here:
