Limit user to "send" only one post to a specific ctategory?

Hi,

Currently, there’s no limitation on my blog regarding how many posts are set in a category. But, I do have one specific category which behaves different.

I want to limit this category for one post only per user. So, every user can “send” just one post to this specific category. Any ideas?
