content not being found on server

    am having a major malfunction on my site http://voiceofguyana.com/index.php
    i had some previous probs with htaccess deleted it and tried replacing and site has not worked since

    the message is as follows if i click anything..comments, archives, more tag et cetera
    Not Found
    The requested URL /category/news/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
