   Hi I was trying a new installation of wordpress latest version.
   I installed it in a subfolder on my site and then changed the options for wordpress URI to -www.mysite.com from -www.mysite.com/subfolder

   Now I am not able to login as admin ... am getting 404 error.
   Its trying to redirect without subfolder in the url. How do I correct this.

   a really quick search (its that box up there ^):

   http://wordpress.org/search/change+url?forums=1

   would have netted this a 1000 times over:

   http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

   whooami sorry I was actually searching with wrong keywords. Thanks for the help !!! Problem solved my changing wp-options in Mysql. Thanks :-)
