Automated link submission plugin

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin that would allow users to submit responses to a photographic challenge posted weekly on my weblog. I would place input boxes to type their name, email address and photo permalink on the homepage and the data submitted would automatically be displayed on the single page of the current theme.

It would act roughly like on this website: http://moodymonday.org/

Any plugin that can do that ?
