Email Not Coming Through

    Hello,

    I have a site that is probably about 6 months old. When we developed the site the form was working fine, but then we noticed we were not getting emails anymore.

    I updated the plugin to the latest version, tested, and it seemed to correct the problem… for the moment… because not it does not seem to be functioning again.

    Do you have any suggestions? We installed the form to database extension as to not lose any business, but we don’t want to have to go in and check that everyday to see if any emails came through.

    Like I said last time you posted the question, use postmark.

    If you’re sending them to an email address in the same domain, i.e. the form is on example.com and then email is sent to admin@example.com, you may need to adjust settings on your server. Call your hosting company if you’re not able to do this.
