combo of Tungstenation and Disqus Comment System

I use Tungstenation theme (http://www.paddsolutions.com/wordpress-theme-tungstenation/), and use it for my website.
But combo of Tungstenation and Disqus Comment System (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/disqus-comment-system/) is breaking my wordpress.
This was not the problem earlier. What might be the problem?
