Posts not being sent to email subsribers

I’ve been getting emails from subscribers that they are no longer getting my posts emailed to them–they have checked spam folder and it seems the emails are just not being sent.

I’m using the Jet Pack email subscription option (Jetpack is up to date).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
