… wp_categories’ doesn’t exist] … error with WP-Autoblog

    Fresh install of 2.3.1. Theme was from your site.

    All plugins deactivated but WP-Autoblog produces about 500 errors as listed below:

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘db_name.wp_categories’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT cat_ID, cat_name FROM wp_categories WHERE cat_name = ‘Blonde’

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘db_name.wp_categories’ doesn’t exist]
    INSERT INTO wp_categories SET cat_name=’Blonde’, category_nicename=’blonde’

    From what I’ve researched, it could be a code issue with the theme. I really can’t trash the theme as I’ve already paid for the design.

    How can I figure out what is wrong and how to fix it?
