? regarding comment display

Hi

I’d like to make it so that each page of my blog displays a) one post [I can do that] b) all of the comments for that post c) a quick form for sumbitting comments. I am using the Kubrik.

Basically I’d like it to have the same content as this:
http://www.jimboykin.com/new-wbp-tool-find-your-real-backlinks/

But I’m having trouble figuring out how to make b and c happen.

I hunted around for an answer but I couldn’t find it, if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thanks for helping a new WP user attempting to migrate [immigrate, i guess].
