    Hi Guys,

Excuse my ignorance but I am completely new to blogging and have set up a blog using 1&1's Blog, the problem I have is that when I do a new post it doesn't display on the front page, instead it shows in the category, how do I enable it to display on the front page?

    Here it is...

    http://blog.moneyspinning.co.uk/

As you can see all of my test latest postings are there down the left hand side under category, but I want them to show on the front page without having to click them first, is this possible?

Also, is it possible for me to change the graphic on my theme to customise it myself? - I can't find my blog on my webspace anywhere to change the image.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

1and1's blogging tool is a 'simplified' version of WordPress and it is hard to support that version.

Why not consider deleting that blog tool, then installing WordPress on your own. It's easy and you'll be happy you did it!

Thanks for the reply, I am a Mac user and don't have MYSQL is this an issue?

I have Dreamweaver MX 2004 and an FTP client with hosting, what else would I need to set up?

It's not what you have on your local machine that is at issue. You host has to provide you MySQL and PHP capability--1and1.com with the correct plan does provide those abilities.

It looks like that package has MySQL and PHP so you should be good. Good luck with the installation.
