$$ Help needed on existing Blog $$

Hi,
I am looking for someone to help me solve the problems I have with my existing blog.

I am having the following issues…

1) When I click on “leave a comment”, it comes up with a 404 error.

2) When I log in as an admin to try and create a new blog, it does not show up when published.

3) I have been getting spam users and spam postings in the 2 months.

I know these issues are probably not hard to resolve,
but any help to solve these problems will be greatly appreciated.
