Hey , i see on different pages that people use many sidebar.

For example, i go to about section on the page and i see that page with about text is loading and the sidebar is diffrent, people add to this sidebar like about me and stuff like that.

How to make this happend ?

You can extend WordPress (the sidebar included) in a variety of ways using plug-ins. Have a look at:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

There are also themes that would have a similar effect without much intervention from you:

http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

in mnay themes that is achieved by using Conditional Tags > http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags . You can see a working example in the default theme.
Another option could be to have different sidebars for the different Page templates.
