I installed it and I have configured it and uploaded my user photos and everything looks great on the user profile level, but I'm not getting any photos showing anywhere else. When I look at my user page I am still seeing my Gravatar photo (I did check the box to have the user photo over ride the gravatar) and I even disabled my gravatar plug in, but I'm still seeing my old photo. I also tried uploading a photo to one of my subscribers and their photo is not showing anywhere except on their profile page.
I saw that this plug in has not been proven to work in 2.8.4 I hoped it would. Am I missing something or is there a way to get it to work? :)
