Can anyone tell me about how long it takes to load in your browser? Is it fast or slow?

Hi, my site (http://www.ragnarockmusic.com/) loads kind of slow. I did a page loading test (http://www.webpagetest.org/result/090705_1T60/1/details/) so check out the link for results. It has long time to first byte (TTFB) times. Does anyone know how I can reduce these?

I fixed on before I saw that was caused by an external CSS file I linked to with a wrong URL, and it did that because it couldn't find it. However, how could that happen with the long TTFB result of just the domain name's root directory?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
