I have test-installation on <a href="http://localhost" rel="nofollow">http://localhost</a> and if i open that from network with IP address it looks quite similar (it try to load some of the files from <a href="http://localhost" rel="nofollow">http://localhost</a> = computer where browser runs). In your case it may look some files from old address ?
