I have a question about tags and SEO...

How do search engines view post tags? Are the tags used to qualify the content on the page, or are they ignored in determining relevance of the content?

I wonder this because I have an SEO-related plug-in installed and it has an area to input keywords. Is this plug-in doing something different with the words entered versus the tags?

No. One way links are more valuable to you than reciprocal ones. To improve WordPress SEO, try a SEO plugin.

Just a general question on SEO and Page Rank..

Whenever I check my blog stats often I will notice that some traffic will be coming from a particular site that has linked to one of my articles.

Do you think it would be wise to link back to that site in my Blogroll so as to improve my SEO/SERP/Page Rank, etc?
