<description>&#60;p&#62;All you need to do is create a empty file with a filename of sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz, upload them to the server, and you should be fine.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For some reason XML Sitemaps cannot create the files if they are not there, but it has no problem updating it once the files are there.
