But creating a Wordpress theme from scratch is something I do not have the knowledge to do. So I was wondering if there's anyone out there who I could get in contact with and get my theme created? All the PSDs are ready and packed so I coding is the only thing left.</p> <p>For those of you interested and who still might be reading this, there is a catch... I don't have any kind of budget for this, meaning I can't pay for this.
