Actually http://wordpress.org/about/ is pretty much a live example of what I was looking for. Well sorta, but its a step in the right direction.

Current Theme: http://crowdfavorite.com/wordpress/carrington/readme/
The Objective:
Id like the Navbar to look like this:
Legend:
* = Pages
# = Posts

*Home - *Products - #Blog

So basically *Home & *Products are Pages.
But #Blog should contain all the posts.

The concept is to use WP as a CMS as well as a a Blog.
Ideally the #Blog menu would load the blog with all its features.
Sidebar for posts, tag clouds etc..
But the #Blog page should have a link that would take it back to the main site.

I suppose another way of putting it is:
I want to use WP as a CMS that serves two audiences.

1.) People that want to read my blog posts, this audience will be served only with that conent

2.) People that want to read about my products, this would display the CMS's content.

But I only want to use one WP DB and install.

Maybe there is a better way of doing this.
