<description>&#60;p&#62;1)  take the inner folders out of the zip file - if that is what you mean you have already done, fine.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2)  You must either use an FTP program or the file manager program in your webhost control panel to upload the theme folders into WP folder /wp-content/themes/     Upload the entire theme folder.  Not the zip file, the extracted folder.   If you don't know anything about FTP use the control panel file manager - in the end it will be simpler for you.
