this sometimes happens when after some editing the management page tries to display quotes from a category that does not exists anymore, or from a nth page that does not exists. You can fix this by changing from which category to display quotes by default. This change can be applied either on the same manage page or on the settings page.
Let me know if this fixes your problem.

The quotes are still showing up on my site, but when I go into the Manage section, there is nothing there.
