Apparently WP doesn't like symlinks to the plug-ins directory. I have several blogs and they all share a common plug-ins directory through a symbolic link. I removed the symlink and copied the plug-ins directory back, deactivated the plug-in, and reactivated it. Its only when I go to actually add a new redirect. Seems WP is including the file twice in one request which begs whether this is a WP problem or a goCodes problem. I tried adding if (function_exists('..'))... around all the function declarations and all I got was a blank page after the new redirect submission.
