<description>&#60;p&#62;You're right it does.  Thanks for reminding me.  I've changed the behavior in the latest version to not display the Elements to Replace section when set to Automatic.  Also it now will use the Element Types in the configuration to render when using Automatic.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Only the default settings are being honoured by the plugin. If I configure the Elements to Replace section to use different fonts for h1 and h2 they are not used.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Looking at the page source I can see that &#60;code&#62;FLIR.auto()&#60;/code&#62; is being called when it needs to call &#60;code&#62;FLIR.replace(&#38;lt;em&#38;gt;stuff here&#38;lt;/em&#38;gt;)&#60;/code&#62; to do customised replacements.
