It has been suggested that the parameters for umapper include the following: <param name="WMode" value="transparent"> <embed wmode="transparent".......</embed> where "transparent" might need to be "opaque" instead. I have tried both with no success so far on one example map on my site. The larger question is if I do find a solution that works for one map, how do I make the change site wide? How do I make the map take a back seat to the menu all over my site? I was prompted to get a umapper API which I did and placed it where required. Nothing else is happening. I see no way to use this plugin now that it is added. This looks very useful, but if there is no means to use it, whats the point? Will there be any support for this plugin to help with these matters? Keep in mind that this issue happens only with Google Satellite maps, all other maps are NOT affected. We are currently working on a fix. I'm sure that is banned because in all browsers (FF, IE7. Opera, Safari, Chrome) only the satellite view is not working. Please help! ----- Maps Guide Mike (google admin): umapper.com isn't doing things the right way. You'll be unbanned in 24 hours automatically, I suggest avoiding umapper until they fix their code to use the official APIs.
