I have no idea why. It says that folders and files are writable, connection with sql is ok, php works fine... It just doesn't crate any table in database, so this could be a problem I think. If everything go right then you should not face any problem. Also note that if you are using IIS then you will not be able to use permalink. Those folders contain all of the stuff I uploaded to them when it was running on the other server and the galleries all work.
