Just noting, I've noticed with my last update I may have borked the "NAME" part of the message, since on my own twitter is appears as "has blogged about..." with the name missing from the front.

If this is the case I'll examine it tonight when I get home and push a patch.

Some old PHP curl libraries send an HTTP "Expect: 100" header to twitter. This will cause twitter to send back an HTTP 417 error code.

If your posts are not getting tweeted, then try adding this into the callTwitterAPI function in the API class, just after $curlHanlder is initialised:

curl_setopt($curlHandler,CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER,array("Expect:"));

So when adding it to the SVN I screwed up the folder structure.

Updated on the site and hopefully in a few minutes the new/working version will be up. If you did download this when I had it wrong all you need to do is navigate to your
wp-content/plugins
folder, and then move the contents of
twitpost/twitpost
to
twitpost

Eg was:

plugins/twitpost/twitpost/files

Now:

plugins/twitpost/files

Sorry about that, I'm new to SVN.
