(Currently, they email us an Excel spreadsheet and a Word doc. Replacing these with an embedded google form or spreadsheet would be nice.)</li> <li>Second, we help each organization revise its submissions. (So, we must be able collaborate on a shared document -- e.g. a Google spreadsheet -- but ideally, the organization leaders would NOT be able to view one another's submissions. I don't think that Google forms and spreadsheets have yet gotten that fine level of access control).</li> <li>Third, we aggregate their finalized requests into a proposed budget. Stupidly, I forgot to do a copy of the working files, becasuse I have done it again, lost the site online, what is more, my theme is not showing in admin panel even though it is there on the server. Now I just have a totally white page and no page source to check on. I'm quite sure that many people who use social bookmarking sites already know how to submit articles, and I'm pretty sure that I won't be converting anyone over to social bookmarking (maybe they'll appeal to the general user sometime in the short future).</p> <p>I think I have them there just as a sort of graphical distraction, as my site is really full of words. For some reason, I can't change any of my widgets or site files without FTPing in and changing it manually.
