Quotes and their categories are safe in the database. Removing the options would reset the layout settings, if that's what you mean by formatting. Anyway if you go to the "remove" page in quotes&gt;remove you'll see that "remove all quotes" and "remove all options" are different check-boxes.<br /> Backup your database first if you want to be extra safe (via phpmyadmin or using a plugin like <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-dbmanager/">wp-dbmanager</a>.)</p> <p>However, since you had the very latest version before, I'd be surprised if this downgrading business helps at all...
