I've also been using the Powerpress plugin for podcasting. It appears there is some kind of conflict involving permalinks. With pagebar active, my feed/podcasting rss feed returns a not found error. After much trial and error, I've found that deactivating pagebar and resetting my permalinks fixes the problem. But, if I reactivate pagebar, it kills my podcast feed again, and I have to reset.
