I was looking in an backup of my database, from before this summer, and their the posts, from before this summer, had its tags. Since I don't know exactly when this concurred first, I can't locate what might have been the problem. I have installed some plugin that display related post, among them YARP is the only one still using, that maybe can have caused it? What makes it more strange is that the posts, that had lost their tags, are scattered over time, two this month, one last month, three this summer, and rest before summer. Searching in the forums for other people who have been locked out and had trouble with changing the password by email shows that some reinstall WP. So that's an option: reupload WP and start over. I had to reinstall wordpress and in anticipation of that I made a copy to my desktop of everything in the directory on my remote site then deleted the files from the remote site. Now that I have wordpress back again, I need to know where inside those folders are my damn posts that I wrote? Or how I am suposed to get them back.
