Hi,

I've recently installed the Gregarious plugin, and it seems very cool.

When I first installed, it seemed that the default was to show a Digg button and Share This link at the bottom of posts. But, Share This was just a text link instead of the icon. So, I chmod 777 the necessary files for the share this module and set it to be the icon.

Upon doing this however, I have permanently lost my Digg button. Does anyone know what happened and how I can get the Digg button back?

Thank you for your response. I had done as you had suggested. I one by one took things one, eventually taking out everything and kept trying Gregarious. Now I am back to ssquare one. I have activated Gregarious and it is still not showing up on my posts.

Sorry your post isn't very clear. You downloaded plugins from your site or you downloaded them (from elsewhere) and then added (uploaded them) to your site?

If the latter (you added new plugins and then something stopped working) that would indicate the cause of the problem is one of the new plugins. Disable them one by one and test to see if the original Gregarious plugin begins to function again.

I have been using Gregarious on my site and it had been working fine. Yesterday I was working on my site, downloading some plugins and Gregarious stopped working.

I undid the new new plugins and Gregarious is in my dashboard but not showing up on my site. I deleted it, uploaded it again, activated it and the same result. It seems functional in my dashboard but is not appearing on my site. I am using share this also for now so that the networking capability isn't completely lost.

Thanks for your help.

I've just activated Gregarious and I've been playing with the options. I've got a few questions for experienced users. Here's my new blog, http://www.stickinews.com/

How can I get the del.icio.us, reddit, stumbleupon and furl buttons next to my digg button, to line up across the end of each post?

Why must I have the little question mark next to my digg button?

Thanks for the help. I appreciate your time.

abhijit, in the Gregarious options page go to the PostBadge options. Add the tag
%CONTENT%
below the links. Then add a
style='float:right'
or similar to a div surrounding the rest of the tags.

I want them to appear along the line below the post title. Aligned to the left are the post date, and comments links. I want the "Digg this" link aligned on this line, to the right.

Where do you want this to occur? On the main homepage (index.php) in single posts (single.php) categories, or pages? Or all of them? To do this, you'll need to move them in the .php templates for each that you want to change (though it would be helpful if you could clarify what you mean by "links"!)

Ok Got it....actual post badge should be

Hi there,
I downloaded Gregarious and activated it... but it makes all of the posts in the blog disappear unless you look for them under categories.

In otherwords, the only thing that shows is the title of the post, and then you see all of the gregarious stuff, but no actual post.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution?

Thanks,
