Why it’s in the Showcase: A government reaching out to developers is not common and Directgov’s choice of WordPress to power its developer website and blog is especially notable.

NETTUTS is an extremely popular site aimed at web developers and designers offering tutorials and articles on technologies, skills, and techniques to improve how you design and build websites. The site covers HTML, CSS, Javascript, CMS’s, PHP and Ruby on Rails.
