The goal of Constitution Live! is to change the way we evaluate our elected officials. The Constitution of the United States is effectively the owner’s manual to the country. Shouldn’t the people who run the country, or those who aspire to run the country, demonstrate that they know what they are doing? What better way than to have them prove to us they’ve read the Constitution?

And how to prove it? Read it on camera and upload it to Constitution Live! Peer pressure has always been an effective motivator of behavior. By us – you and me – reading the Constitution, and proving that we have done it by recording it on video, we can set an example that politicians will have to emulate.

When the people lead, the leaders will follow.
