You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin manually. 1. Go to the menu 'Plugins' -> 'Install' and search for 'Yahoo! Weather' 2. Click 'install'. 3. Open the plugin directory with ftp or your hosting panel, and change the plugin 'cache' library permission to 755 or 777.
