Before install you must check the file system permissions. Please check below:

1. "/wp-content/" directory must be writable (0777)
2. "/wp-content/plugins/wp-green-cache/" must be writable (0777)
3. "/wp-content/plugins/wp-green-cache/cache/" must be writable (0777)
4. "/wp-config.php" must be writable (0777)

WP Green Cache is very easy to install:

1. Put the plugin folder into "/wp-content/plugins/"
2. Go into the WordPress admin interface and activate the plugin
3. Go to the options page and enabled it
4. Its ok!
