Very easy to use. I'm just using it to redirect some URL's to an another. It's fixed by just adding some URL's. Love it!

Example. I want to redirect long russian language URL with .html at the end, to new link.
from: .... %d0%bd%d0%b8%d0%b9.html
to: .... good.html
this plugin change DOT into DASH, like this "%d0%bd%d0%b8%d0%b9-html" and, ofcource, redirect not working.
U understand? "-" not equal "."
