Hey,
This is the copy of the Plugin Bookings Plus.
The author is using infringed copy rights of this plugin and other Plugin.
Now their plugin is no more online which was called WP Online Booking System. May be wordpress has blocked it.
But both Booking Plus and WP-OBS were scams of this company which took my money and provided no services.

Just a quick reminder that this widget will only work with the WP-OBS PRO and with Wordpress version 3.5.2 or above.
