Is Spam Free WordPress compatible with other comment spam plugins?

Yes, however, other comment spam plugins will cause false positives, so it is best to disable all of them, including Akismet.

Does this plugin work on WordPress Multisite?

Get a free license key on toddlahman.com, login to toddlahman.com, fill out the support form asking if you can send a copy of your theme for testing. Once support replies by email, you can attach your theme and send it to support.
