This feature has been removed, and old posts must now be marked as reviews manually. This is because automatically marking old posts as reviews won't do you much good unless those posts also have review data, which must be entered in manually anyway.
  • Note: Rich Snippet Creator no longer has an admin page; now the module's only interface is in the "SEO Settings" box
